About me and my therapy practice

In my counselling sessions, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. Together, we work in a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is going on for you and learn practical tools to improve your wellbeing.

During our sessions, I offer:

A safe and supportive space

A calm, confidential environment where you can talk openly about your experiences, worries, and challenges.

Understanding your thoughts and feelings

We look at how your thoughts may be influencing your emotions and behaviours, and identify patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

Practical coping strategies

CBT is a practical, skills-based therapy. I will help you learn techniques to manage anxiety, low mood, stress, and difficult emotions.

Tools you can use in everyday life

You will gain strategies such as reframing negative thoughts, problem-solving skills, and ways to manage overwhelming feelings.

Working at your pace

Every person is different. Our sessions will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Support with a range of difficulties

I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low mood, grief, bereavement, and relationship difficulties.

Flexible sessions

Sessions are available online or by telephone, making therapy accessible and convenient.

A free 15-minute consultation

This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and see if working together feels right for you.

Practice description

I provide supportive and practical counselling using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. My approach focuses on helping you make sense of what you are going through while learning practical strategies that can help you feel more in control and improve your well-being.
