About me and my therapy practice

My baseline is in Person Centred counselling but working in an integrative manner and using different tools in sessions.

I am able to provide sessions in English or Spanish via Zoom, phone or if you are local to the Thanet area of Kent, I can cater for Face to Face sessions

My Practice is Person Centred but with the use of integrative Methods.

During the sessions we can use different tools to support the journey towards the life destination which you want to reach.

This first session is for us to get to know each other, and for me to explain how the therapy works and may work specifically for you
