About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, uncertain or difficult to make sense of- particularly when relationships or past experiences continue to impact how you feel in the present. You may be feeling anxious, low, stuck or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating.
I offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore what's going on beneath the surface. Together, we can gently make sense of your thoughts, emotions and experiences- away from the noise and pressures of everyday life.
My work is grounded in a relational and integrative approach, meaning I adapt how I work to suit you as an individual. I am particularly interested in how past experiences and relationships shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. Through developing awareness and understanding, we can begin to create new perspectives, build emotional resilience and support meaningful change.
I believe we all have the capacity not just to cope, but to thrive. Therapy can be a space where you reconnect with that potential.
How I can support you
I can support you to:
- Untangle and manage anxiety, overwhelm or low mood
- Explore patterns in relationships and attachment
- Build self-esteem and confidence
- Process difficult or past experiences
- Develop healthier ways of coping and relating
- Feel more connected to yourself and others
