About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with experience supporting individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, abuse, addiction, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach is rooted in understanding your unique needs, and I believe in tailoring our work together to reflect your individual experiences, goals, and challenges.
I offer a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can explore what is happening in your life, gain clarity, and find new ways forward. I have experience working with people from a wide range of cultural, social, and personal backgrounds and am committed to offering a culturally sensitive practice.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by work, navigating relationship difficulties, or experiencing anxiety or low mood, we will work together to explore what is going on beneath the surface. Our sessions may help you notice recurring patterns, understand how past experiences shape your present, and create space for the change you want to see.
I bring a versatile and personalised approach to our sessions, drawing from different therapeutic approaches . This allows me to tailor our sessions specifically to meet your unique needs and personal goals.
I work both in person and online. My in-person sessions take place in Shoreditch, East London, in a private and confidential setting. We can work short-term, medium-term, or long-term, depending on what feels most helpful for you at this time. Sessions last 50 minutes and can be held once per week, or bi-weekly.
A key part of our work will be creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood. Through this, my hope is that you begin to build a kinder, more accepting relationship with yourself—one that positively impacts your relationship with others too.
Practice description
Counselling is a potent tool that can facilitate a deeper understanding of oneself, enhance self-esteem and self-confidence, and empower individuals to lead the life they aspire to. Central to this journey is the establishment of a robust and trustworthy 'therapeutic relationship.' I recognise the paramount importance of selecting a therapist with whom you feel at ease and supported.
Within our therapeutic relationship, I will provide both support and challenge in a non-judgmental manner, thereby enabling you to gain self-awareness, understand your experiences, and work towards your personal goals. Each counselling session typically spans approximately 50 minutes, and I offer both time-limited and open-ended counselling to accommodate your specific requirements.
I acknowledge the significance of accessible counselling, and I maintain a limited number of concessionary spaces for those in need. Please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss this availability.
For client cancellations, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid incurring fees.
If you are in search of a supportive, experienced, and culturally sensitive counsellor who can help you navigate life's challenges, I encourage you to connect with me. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

About me and my therapy practice
My supervisory approach is integrative, drawing primarily on humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives, alongside the Seven‑Eyed Model of Supervision (Hawkins & Shohet). I offer supervision to trainees, qualified practitioners, and mixed‑experience supervisees, supporting reflective, ethical, and relational practice.
I aim to facilitate an open and collaborative space in which to reflect on client work, clinical experiences, and professional practice in ways that are both creative and supportive. Working integratively allows space to think openly about challenge, resistance, and relational dynamics, including transference and counter transference, and how these shape therapeutic and supervisory processes.
I aim to balance relational safety with constructive challenge, welcoming honest reflection, discomfort, and learning. I value transparency, reflexivity, and open dialogue, including attention to difference, rupture, and repair within the supervisory relationship.
My work is underpinned by a strong ethical and safeguarding commitment, with explicit attention to risk, responsibility, professional boundaries, organisational contexts, and the BACP Ethical Framework, including its emphasis on justice, power, and care.
Practice description
My first session
Before starting supervision, we can arrange an initial consultation session. This provides an opportunity for you to get a sense of the process and how we might work together.
During this session, I will ask some questions to better understand your supervisory needs, current practice, and hopes for supervision. There will also be space for you to ask any questions about supervision or my approach, so you can make an informed decision about whether this feels like a good fit.
The full consultation session lasts 50 minutes and costs £75. I also offer a free 15‑minute telephone or video call as an initial introduction.
All consultations and supervision sessions are held in strict confidence, within the limits of ethical and safeguarding responsibilities.
Supervision sessions are 50 minutes and are typically held fortnightly. I offer both short‑term and open‑ended contracts, which we can discuss together during the consultation to find what best suits your needs.
