About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome.

I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth Counsellor. I work in a non-judgemental, collaborative way to help you understand yourself and what’s really going on. Together, we look at how your experiences shape your emotions, behaviours, and relationships, and work to develop new ways of coping that give you more confidence to navigate life.

I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chaotic or challenging childhoods, past trauma, family or relationship difficulties, and repeating patterns that feel hard to break. I can help if you feel stuck, lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed, or if you want to set healthier boundaries and recover from difficult or narcissistic relationships.

Somatic work

I use somatic techniques to help you reconnect with your body, process emotions, and release tension, so you can feel more grounded and present.

Couples counselling

I work with couples to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen connection, helping partners build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor, trained in a range of techniques, and I tailor my approach to your individual needs. I offer face-to-face, telephone, and Zoom sessions, daytime and evening, for adults 18+.

It can feel hard to know where to start, but choosing the right Counsellor is important. Contact me for a free 30-minute call to see how I can support you.
