About me and my therapy practice
If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or out of step with yourself, you’re not alone.

In our work together, we create gentle space to explore how these patterns may be shaping your life now, helping you reconnect with a sense of inner safety, self-trust, and resilience. Therapy with me offers a calm, compassionate space where you can move at your own pace, feel heard and supported, and gradually find the clarity and confidence to shape a life that feels true to you.

Practice description
I offer a flexible and responsive approach to therapy, shaped around what feels most important for you in the moment. My work is gentle, collaborative, and centred on empowerment—supporting you to reconnect with your inner strength, rebuild self-trust, and reclaim your voice.
In therapy sessions, we may use gentle ways of connecting with the body to feel steady and present; creative approaches to support expression; and practical tools for emotional regulation. We also build a shared understanding of your experiences, so you feel more supported both in and outside of our time together.
I offer individual therapy sessions, working online or in-person in south east London. I offer both short and long-term ongoing therapy. I also offer a limited number of spaces to students and those on low income and please contact me to enquire about availability.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute phone call where we can discuss the reasons you’re thinking about therapy, how I may be able to help and to see if I’m the right therapist for you. I believe it's very important to find a therapist that feels right for you.
