I have flexible hours and therefore can work around both of our diaries to find times that work.
About me and my therapy practice
You may be going through a difficult or confusing time — feeling anxious, low, or unsure where to turn. Perhaps you’re struggling in relationships, adjusting to change, or carrying long-standing worries.
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor offering sessions outdoors in a peaceful private woodland near Devizes, Westbury and Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Working outdoors can be deeply calming and grounding. We might walk and talk, sit quietly, or gather around a small fire in the colder months. The natural world offers a gentle and supportive space to explore what’s happening for you.
My style is empathic, collaborative and non-judgemental, helping you make sense of your experiences and find your own way forward.
I have a particular interest in supporting women of all ages with issues such as but not limited to relationships, motherhood, life transitions, menopause, divorce, alcohol use, co-dependency and self-worth.
If outdoor sessions don’t feel right for you, I also offer therapy indoors, online (via Zoom) or by email. I offer a free 15–30 minute discovery call to help you decide whether we might work well together.
Sessions are
£65 (outdoor or in-room)
£55 (online/email).
Reduced rates are available for those recieving Carers Allowance £35.00 (for up to 10 sessions)
CPCAB (level 2-4) counselling students £50.00.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Practice description
I work from a person-centred perspective, placing your needs at the centre of the work we do.
I provide a non-judgmental, empathic and collaborative space for you to bring all that you are struggling with. Focusing on what is happening for you right now, any patterns in your life that may emerge and how that relates to your current experience (s).
I have a reflective, compassionate, curious style that draws on my integrative training. Bringing in elements from various theories, nature, the transpersonal and your somatic experience to support you in your therapy.
My first session
Initially, I offer a free 15-30 minute call to chat through any questions you might have about counselling, your situation and how I work.
I then suggest you take the time you need to think about whether you would like to work together.
If I feel I would not best suit your needs, I will advise you during the initial call and signpost you to other avenues of support.
If we agree to work together we then arrange times and dates for our sessions. I will send over my client agreement, privacy policy and a brief information form.
Our first session will be at the prearranged time and we will have 50 minutes together. If you are late to the sessions they will still end at the agreed time.
