About me and my therapy practice
Finding solution or working through struggles can be really hard, especially alone. It could be the trauma, shame or guilt that makes it almost impossible to get out of that dark place or overcome that numbness. Talking therapy is an evidence-based scientific approach that helps people to get through their difficulties strengthening resilience and gaining understanding as well as raising awareness around alternative healthier coping strategies.
Practice description
These counselling sessions offer a non-judgmental safe place where you are able to explore presenting issues, discovering where they might originate from. Furthermore, we would work on coping strategies finding healthier options as well as promoting healing process. It is good to remember that: we are not responsible for what happened to us in early childhood, but we have the option to make a change right now as a more matured adult.My first session
I offer a free Initial Consultation that lasts for about 15-20 minutes via phone.
