I currently offer online therapy sessions via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Online therapy can be a flexible and effective way to engage in counselling without the need to travel.
My current availability for sessions is:
Monday – Friday
9:00am – 2:00pm
Saturday morning availability

About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore the difficulties you may be experiencing. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
My work is primarily based on CBT, an evidence-based approach that helps you understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. CBT can identify patterns that maintain distress and support you in developing practical strategies to manage challenges and create meaningful change.
I work with clients experiencing depression and anxiety-related difficulties, including OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, health anxiety, specific phobias, and Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD). I also support individuals struggling with low self-esteem or confidence.
I have experience working in GP surgeries, the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, schools, and private practice, supporting people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, helping you develop coping strategies, resilience, and positive change. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel challenging, but it can also mark the start of meaningful growth.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm and Saturday morning.
My first session
In your first online session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding your needs. This includes contracting, assessment, and history-taking, where we explore your background, current difficulties, and what has led you to seek therapy. We will also discuss your current coping strategies, helping to identify what works and what might need support. Together, we will check that I am the right therapist for you and collaboratively set therapy goals to guide our work. This initial session provides a safe, structured space to begin your journey toward greater understanding, resilience, and personal growth.What I can help with
