Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and are charged at £75 per session.

Appointments can be made weekdays between 4pm and 7pm.

I am an extremely passionate School-Based Counsellor here in Jersey also offering Counselling privately. I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor as well as a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have a wealth of Counselling experience specifically working with Children and Young People aged up to twenty-five, both in Education and additional outside agencies. I maintain extensive, current, safeguarding knowledge in order to provide a warm confidential service that prioritises Children and Young Peoples safety.

I offer Children and Young People the opportunity to safely express and explore difficult thoughts and feelings without fear or blame in order to reduce psychological distress, implement effective change, encourage emotional personal development and enhance wellbeing. Counselling is both voluntary and consensual. With the exception of self-referrals, all requests for involvement can be made by parents.

Working to meet the needs of each individual, I offer face to face sessions, Counselling in the outdoors, phone sessions or video call sessions. Please contact me for more information.
