About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stressed, anxious, low, or stuck? Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if it’s your first time. I understand this personally and offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing.
I believe you are the expert on your own life and already have strengths that can help you through difficult times. Using an integrative approach, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
I am a BACP-registered counsellor based in Warrington. I offer non-judgemental, respectful counselling to help you make sense of what’s happening for you and move towards positive change.
I also work with individuals experiencing difficulties related to pornography use, as well as those who have been affected by, or are concerned about, harmful or abusive sexual experiences
Practice description
My aim is to support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings around your life experiences, helping you to move forward in a way that feels meaningful, healing, and empowering. Together, we can make sense of what you’ve been through and focus on personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with clients in a variety of ways to suit individual needs, including over the phone, via video, in person, and—upon request—outdoors.
As an integrative counsellor, I offer a supportive, interactive, and encouraging approach. Counselling isn’t just about being listened to, it’s also about gaining new perspectives on your experiences, developing greater self-awareness, and building a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself and with others.
I also specialise in working with people who may have unhealthy relationships with pornography and addictions.
