I work Monday to Friday daytime/evenings and currently have availability for both online (via zoom) and telephone counselling. I work with clients from all over the UK.

There is a small waiting list for my face to face appointments which you are welcome to join. October 2023 is the earliest availability i have for face to face appointments. Face to face appointments take place in a wheelchair accessible space in Aigburth Liverpool.

Hi I'm Ray and I am a qualified Integrative Therapist. Trained in Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT therapies. 

I am guessing you want something to change? Something doesn't feel right. Perhaps you feel lost or maybe you have never really found yourself? Maybe you are tired of carrying around issues from your past, or simply need a space to be heard. Whether you want to bring "little stuff" or "big stuff" to counselling, it is valid because it is your stuff and it is unique to you. 

My Approach 

As an Integrative Counsellor my practice is always client led, I will work alongside you to support you in exploring and making sense of whatever issues, challenges or difficult feelings you are experiencing in a confidential and non judgmental space. 

My pronouns are she/her, whether your pronouns are he/him/she/her/they or them the important thing is that we place YOU at the centre of the work we would do together. I welcome Neurodiverse clients and offer a safe space for those within the  LGBTQ+ community.

In my private practice I offer online, telephone and face to face counselling for adults and children over 14 years old. 

For Primary and Secondary schools within the North West area I am able to offer onsite Counselling to students, staff and parents. In addition to this I offer CPD, workshops, staff supervision and Wellbeing Consultation. 

I have experience of delivering CPCAB Accredited courses and I am currently teaching adults on their Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling Diploma journey.  

Counselling concession rates are available for trainee counsellors.
