About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified and registered person centred counsellor working in Hertfordshire.

I aim to provide a safe non-judgemental space where we can work together to explore your thoughts and feelings at your pace. Whether it something that you are presently going through or a past event we can tailor the sessions to meet your needs.

Practice description

I offer a free initial telephone consultation which usually lasts about 15-20 minutes. During this call you will have an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about the type of counselling I offer and I will also ask you some questions to gain an understanding of your aims for counselling and how best I can support you.

I currently offer both face to face and online sessions.
