About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist and member of British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA), with a specialist interest in reproductive health and complex family journeys.

I work with individuals over the age of 14, and couples, navigating experiences such as:

• Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI)

• PCOS, endometriosis and menopause

• Infertility and IVF

• Donor conception

• Pregnancy loss

• Adoption process and complex paths to parenthood

Reproductive challenges can affect far more than the body. They can reshape identity, relationships, confidence and a sense of future. Therapy offers space to explore that impact with depth and care.

My Approach

I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to you.

My work may include exploring:

• Identity shifts

• Grief and genetic loss

• Medical trauma

• Anxiety and hypervigilance

• Relationship strain

• Patterns shaped by earlier life experiences

Some clients come in crisis. Others come because they want space to think clearly and feel steadier. You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable to seek support.

A Personal Note

My interest in reproductive health and fertility is not only professional, but personal.

I understand how deeply these experiences can touch identity, relationships and a sense of belonging and have navigated my own journey to parenthood alongside a reproductive diagnosis.

This perspective informs my work, but therapy remains your space, centred on your story, your pace and your needs.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist and member of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA), with a specialist interest in reproductive health and complex paths to parenthood.

I work with individuals (14+) and couples navigating complex paths to parenthood such as infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, adoption, donor conception, and reproductive health conditions including POI, PCOS, endometriosis and menopause.

Reproductive challenges can affect far more than the body, often impacting identity, relationships and a sense of future. Therapy offers a space to explore this with depth and care, without pressure or expectation.

Alongside this, I support clients with anxiety, low mood, life transitions and relationship difficulties.

I work integratively, tailoring therapy to you. My approach is warm, thoughtful and collaborative, creating a space where you can speak openly and feel understood.

Practice description

I offer a calm, supportive space for those navigating reproductive health challenges and complex paths to parenthood.

Reproductive health and infertility journeys can feel uncertain, emotionally intense and, at times, isolating  particularly when others may not fully understand their impact.

In therapy, we can take time to explore what this has been like for you. This may include working through grief, identity shifts, difficult decision-making, medical or treatment-related experiences, or the impact on relationships.

Some clients come with a clear focus, while others feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. Both are welcome. You do not need to have the right words or a defined goal, we can start wherever you are.

Alongside my private practice, I am Chair of Daisy Network, a national charity supporting women with POI, which informs my understanding of the emotional impact of reproductive conditions and the wider support needs in this area.

Sessions are held online, offering flexibility and privacy from your own space.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

We will spend some time exploring what has brought you to therapy, what you might be looking for, and any questions or concerns you may have. There is no pressure to share everything straight away, we can go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I will also explain how I work and what ongoing sessions might look like, so you have a clear sense of what to expect.

Some clients come with something very specific, while others are less sure, both are absolutely fine.

You are welcome to ask any questions during this session, and there is no obligation to continue if it does not feel right for you.
