About me and my therapy practice

Hello and a warm welcome.

I understand how daunting a prospect finding a therapist might be and my aim is to be alongside you and listen without judgment, whilst helping you explore any difficulties you maybe facing at a pace that suits you. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed? Or maybe you're experiencing low self esteem, stress or burnout because your work/life balance isn't what you'd like it to be be? Equally, you may want to work through some important life changes and evaluate your next steps.

Together we can explore whatever issues arise and it is my belief that therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and unburden you to feel less alone. I won't offer you advice, instead, I offer you a safe, calm and welcoming space for you to be able to focus on what's important to you and realise your own path forward.

I am truly passionate and committed to supporting my clients every step of the way of their counselling journey and from my own personal experience, I understand just how important it is to be heard and understood. I offer a genuine and empathic therapeutic relationship where confidentiality and respect are the cornerstones of my practice.
