About me and my therapy practice

My name is Debbie and I am a professional friendly Trauma Informed, psychodynamic therapist, passionate about helping people in times of need. I have worked extensively with all three emergency services, supporting PTSD, complex trauma & burnout, bereavement, relationship issues, pregnancy related issues, suicide ideation, addiction, & abuse (both domestic & sexual) to name but a few.

Whether you are seeking help to work through difficult emotions, explore negative behaviours, or offload, I can help you break free from patterns of negativity, build resilience, & help you to overcome painful memories you may be experiencing. Working together, you can begin to understand how to free yourself from feeling stuck in life cycles & discover how to move forward. Whatever life has thrown at you, this does not mean you have to suffer alone, I am ready to listen.

I encourage & welcome those clients who may be neurodivergent, men, women, & those from the LGBTQ+ community.
