About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and am trained in clinical supervision. I see people in my practice in Chancery Lane and remotely. I have 20+ years experience working with individuals of a wide population and have benefitted from working in both creative and holistic fields previously. After training and working in the NHS, I established and then managed a counselling service for a nationwide charity, holding a clinical caseload and consulting within a specialist team. I am now focussed on private practice.
Practice description
Although training in the Psychodynamic tradition forms the core of my practice, I like to work adaptively depending on the needs of the individual and do so by drawing on the breadth of my experience and wider training to enrich and inform my practice.
I believe that an analysed self is one full of meaning, richness and agency. I hope that I help those I work with to make sense of difficulties or challenges in their lives in order to live more fully and creatively.
