About me and my therapy practice
Seeking therapy and the right kind of therapist can be a daunting experience. I offer an empathic, non-judgmental space that's designed to help you feel safe and supported, where you are free to explore your emotions, feelings and talk about what is troubling you. As a BACP registered integrative psychotherapist I use approaches tailored to your individual needs.
Whether you are feeling unhappy, anxious, stressed, grieving over the loss of someone or feeling stuck in life, I aim to help you resolve these difficult psychological and emotional issues, allowing you to have a stronger sense of self.
Practice description
I work both online and face-to-face in South West/West London.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation, either on the phone or on Zoom. It is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process of therapy and for me to ensure that I'm the right person to help you.
During the initial consultation, we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to get out of it. If you decide you want to work with me, we can discuss further sessions.
