About me and my therapy practice

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, you don’t have to face it alone.

I am a person-centred therapist offering a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard, without judgement. My approach is grounded in building a safe and trusting relationship, giving you the space to explore whatever is going on for you at your own pace.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, and a sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I also support those navigating past experiences, significant life changes, or a feeling that something isn’t quite right, even if it’s hard to put into words.

I have experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those in high-pressure roles, individuals with military experience, and those managing ongoing stress and anxiety. I understand how exhausting it can be to carry things on your own, especially when others may not fully understand what you’re going through.

My aim is to offer a calm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences and begin to make sense of them. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we can take it one step at a time, together.

Practice description

I offer a calm, safe, and confidential space where you can speak openly and be truly heard—without judgement. Together, we’ll gently explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, helping you understand them piece by piece, helping you gain clarity, feel more in control, build resilience and create meaningful change in your life.

My first session

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and begin to build a sense of trust. You’re welcome to ask any questions or share any thoughts you might have about therapy—we can go at your pace.

We can talk about what’s brought you here and what you’d like to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything straight away—just whatever feels comfortable for you.

We can also look at anything that might help you feel more supported, whether that’s around disabilities, neurodiversity, or your personal preferences.

My aim is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and able to express yourself in a way that feels right for you.
