About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I'm Olivia, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

I offer a gentle approach to online therapy for women feeling lost and/or stuck in life, low self-esteem, or a desire for change, all from the comfort of your own space.

My clients begin to feel more grounded and confident in themselves, with a stronger sense of self-worth, and the clarity to develop the skills that last long after therapy.

We will explore the sacred and fragile things you are holding close to your chest right now, and most importantly, you will no longer have to hold them on your own.

I will listen to you with an open heart, hold you and your story with tenderness, and guide you through this time in your life.

My Expertise

I hold a BA (Hons) and an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a specialisation in Humanistic and Integrative/ Holistic Therapies.

My training and therapeutic approach draw from a range of modalities, including Humanistic Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Existential Therapy, Focusing, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Informed practices, and Psychoeducation.

I work with the complexities of the human experience, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, major life transitions, low self-esteem, loneliness, a sense of meaninglessness/purposelessness, attachment and relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, and burnout. I specialise in working with highly sensitive individuals, Menstrual Cycle Awareness, PMS, and PMDD.

Where You Are Right Now

Are you feeling empty, alone, unsure, and in need of some support right now?

Does life feel both overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time?

Have you ever wondered, "How did I end up here? What happened to me and the person I used/ wanted to be?"

Practice description

Does This Feel Familiar?

  • Maybe you’re standing at a crossroads in your life, unsure of which direction to take.
  • Maybe it feels like the ground has disappeared from beneath you and you've been free-falling for a while.
  • You might carry a tight, heavy feeling in your chest or stomach—an unease or a lingering sadness you can’t shake.
  • There’s a constant inner voice of doubt, of not being “enough,” and of measuring yourself against an idea of where you "should" be.
  • Maybe your mind and body feel heavy, making it hard to focus, stay motivated, or fully connect with others.

I'm Here For You

These sensations can rob us of the feeling that we are in control of our lives, of our trust and ease throughout day-to-day life, and our peace of mind.

Therapy is an empowering first step towards change, taking care of yourself, your mental health, and your world around you.

In therapy, it is not about throwing ourselves away and striving to become something better. You are not broken.

Therapy, and subsequently healing, begin when we befriend who we already are.

My Approach

I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques, tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs. Therapy with me isn’t a one-size-fits-all process; it’s a collaborative journey shaped by your experiences, goals, and pace.

As your therapist, I will be committed to building a collaborative relationship where I get to know you—not a diagnosis, a label, or the version of yourself you think you should be.

I want to understand what matters most to you and support you in exploring all the parts of yourself, even the ones you’re not too fond of (yet!).

My first session

How Sessions work:

  • Free 15-minute enquiry call before we begin
  • 50-minute weekly or fortnightly sessions online
  • Sessions are open-ended, meaning that we can continue with therapy for as long as you feel it is needed
  • No minimum number of sessions is required, and clients can end therapy at any time
  • Fees are on a sliding scale from £75 to £95
  • 1-1 tailored Psychotherapy for you and your needs, held in a warm, compassionate, and gentle, confidential space

Menstrual Cycle Awareness in Therapy

I understand that finding a fulfilling, stress-free balance in life can feel almost impossible in our fast-paced world, where we often live outside our natural cycles and rhythms.

Our busy lives, constant demands, and perceived social pressures can leave us disconnected from our body's inherent wisdom, including the natural flow of the menstrual cycle.

This is why I include menstrual cycle awareness within my therapy approach, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural ebb and flow, creating space for more harmony and balance. Redirecting ourselves away from the doom scrolling and back to our own inner compass.
