About me and my therapy practice
Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, stress, significant life transitions, or any other personal challenges, in our sessions you can be yourself and share openly, knowing that you will be met with empathy and understanding.
I believe that feeling truly heard is the first step towards making positive changes in your life. As a former nurse, I have seen first-hand how closely emotional and physical wellbeing are connected. My focus is always on offering compassionate support so you feel understood, valued, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.
I am a BACP registered Humanistic Integrative counsellor based in Sussex and have experience working with adults of different ages, genders and backgrounds, addressing a broad spectrum of concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, low self-esteem, loneliness, relationship challenges, chronic pain and other difficulties.
If you would like to book a free 30-minute consultation my contact details are:

Practice description
I see clients in person in Cuckfield (located near Haywards Heath and also 10 minutes from A23), central Hove, central Horsham. In addition I am qualified and experienced in delivering counselling on-line with an option to combine both, when face to face sessions are not practical for you.
By integrating various approaches, methods, and theories, I can more effectively meet your specific needs.
As a BACP registered counsellor I work ethically and within my competence. I recognise that building trust takes time, and my approach is primarily client-led, which means that I tailor the pace of the therapy to your comfort. In our sessions, you're free to share without fear of judgement or rejection. I cultivate a safe, caring and respectful environment while gently challenging you, encouraging personal exploration.
As a Humanistic counsellor I believe in the power of self-discovery and the innate potential within each person. My personal experiences of adaptation and resilience provide me with a unique perspective on life. I am deeply attuned to the complexities of cultural and personal identity.
I am deeply devoted to my family and therefore intimately familiar with the intricacies and challenges inherent in balancing professional and personal life. Drawing from this insight, I am able to offer support to individuals navigating relationship complexities, parenting challenges and significant life transitions.
My first session
For new clients, I offer a complimentary 30-minute initial phone or video consultation. During this consultation we will be able to talk about what brings you to counselling and can decide if I might be the right counsellor for you. If we decide to work together, the first session is 50 minutes and the fee is £50.
Subsequent sessions are typically held weekly, maintaining a consistent day and time slot. The fee is £50 per 50-minute if sessions are held weekly and £55 per session if you prefer a fortnightly session.
