About me and my therapy practice
I am a CfD qualified (NHS national standard), person-centred therapist - I offer a 50-minute session.
My intention is to offer a safe, supportive relationship where you’re free to explore who you are without judgement. I hope to create a space where you feel heard, acknowledged, and safe.
I do my best to follow your direction while honouring my values and working within professional boundaries.
I aim to understand your experiences with empathy, accepting you as you are and offering reflections within a collaborative, safe space. My role is to witness your story, support you in making sense of it, and help you uncover new personal meaning—not as an expert, but as someone walking alongside you as you develop a deeper relationship with yourself. I will accompany you through this process to support your sense of safety and well‑being.
By recognising and acknowledging how you feel, and by exploring your experiences together, we can better understand their impact and build the capacity to live with what may have felt difficult or uncomfortable to hold.
