About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Hayley, a warm, intuitive Therapist specialising in relationships, identity, self-esteem and confidence.

You might be someone who holds a lot together on the outside, while inside things feel overwhelming, self-critical or uncertain. Perhaps you struggle to set boundaries, trusting your voice or feel grounded in yourself or your relationships. If so, you’re not alone and there is nothing wrong with you.

Many of the patterns we carry began as responses to earlier experiences and unmet emotional needs. They can shape how we see ourselves, what we expect from others and how we move through the world.

Practice description

Alongside my professional training, I bring a depth of personal and professional life experience. My aim is to offer not just knowledge, but a genuine sense of being met, heard and understood.

Together, we can work towards:

• Feeling more at ease within yourself

• Softening self-criticism and building self-trust

• Developing clearer, more comfortable boundaries

• Understanding your relational patterns

• Gaining clarity, confidence and self-acceptance

• Building tools and strategies that support you beyond therapy

I work holistically and integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet you as an individual. Our sessions might be reflective, creative, structured or a blend. I am always guided by what feels most supportive for you.

At the heart of my approach is a belief in the power of relationship and connection. I offer a compassionate, attuned space where we can work collaboratively and at a pace that feels right. With care and respect for your unique experience.

This isn’t about rushing or fixing you. It’s about gently reconnecting mind, body and spirit. To support you to develop the clarity, compassion and self-awareness needed for lasting change.

If something here resonates, please reach out and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
