I currently have limited availability for new clients. Sessions are offered in-person in Derby and online.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering therapy for adults in Derby and online.
My approach is grounded, relational and trauma-informed. I work with people who often appear to be coping well on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected beneath the surface.
Therapy offers a calm, reflective space to untangle what feels complex and difficult to name. Alongside conversation, I may draw on creative approaches when words alone are not enough.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy depending on your needs.
Many of the people I work with are professionals or those in caring roles who are used to supporting others, yet rarely have space themselves to reflect and be supported.
Practice description
I offer psychotherapy for adults both in-person in Derby and online. Sessions last 60 minutes and usually take place weekly at a regular time.
My practice offers a confidential and steady space where you can explore whatever feels difficult or uncertain at your own pace.
Some people come with a clear challenge they want to work on, while others simply sense that something is not quite right. Therapy can help bring clarity to patterns, experiences and feelings that may be hard to make sense of alone.
I offer both short-term focused work and longer-term therapy.
My first session
The first session offers a chance for us to meet and begin to explore what has brought you to therapy. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
We may talk about what is currently happening in your life, what you hope therapy might offer, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
You are also welcome to ask any questions about the therapy process.
If we decide to continue, sessions are usually held weekly and last 60 minutes.
