About me and my therapy practice
I am Intergrative Counsellor, predominanatly specialising in Person Centred Approach alongside Psychodymanic Approaches. I continue to attend personal and professional development courses to maintain high standards of practice.
This means that as an integrative counsellor I can help you explore your feelings, thoughts, create awareness and understand your present as well as your past events that may be impacting your present life. During our sessions we focus on you and your concerns.
By working together collaboratively and exploring your concerns and finding clarity can help one feel empowered and find your own solutions that are within you.
It can be difficult to ask a stranger for support, however, as a counsellor I am here to provide you with a safe none judgmental space to explore your feelings and thoughts and work on your goals.
