As a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with lived experience of ADHD, Autism - We can explore what is going on for you, together.

Whether you were diagnosed as a child or have had a recent adult ADHD or Autism diagnosis and need support in coming to terms with it, or you suspect you may have ADHD or Autism – I would like to help to explore the emotional impact, the cost and the potential for growth and change for you.

Practice description

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

I offer long term (open-ended) counselling as well as short term counselling.
