About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel things deeply? Often to the point of overwhelm? Do low moods take over or do you get caught in intense patterns that are hard to make sense of?
My aim is to provide a thoughtful space where you can explore your experience at your own pace, with care, curiosity, and without judgment. Together, we can seek to understand the patterns that shape your emotional world and relationships, creating space for greater stability, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
I’m a therapist with a background in mental health nursing and the arts. I have a particular interest in childhood trauma and the lasting impact of early experiences on how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. The strategies we develop to survive difficult beginnings are often necessary and protective, but how you learned to survive may not be how you want to continue to live.
My aim is to offer a space where you can truly be yourself. And if you’re not sure who that is, we can explore that together through curiosity and compassion. Therapy can be a space to slow down and to make sense of what may feel confusing or overwhelming. Traumatic experiences can alter our sense of safety and belonging; my aim is to offer a secure and steady space where you can begin to rebuild that sense of safety, both within yourself and with others.
Practice description
I work with a wide range of issues, including depression, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, family difficulties, attachment wounds and narcissistic abuse. I also have experience supporting those who have been in the care system, and the complex trauma and attachment wounds that can accompany this.
My practice is trauma-informed, compassionate, non-judgmental and grounded in curiosity. I draw on integrative approaches, including relational psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential therapy, alongside attachment theory.

I work with a wide range of issues, including depression, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, family difficulties, and narcissistic abuse. My work has also extended to those who have experienced the care system and the trauma and attachment wounds that can come hand in hand with this.
Practice description
My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and grounded in curiosity. Together, we can begin to uncover the roots of what you’re carrying and move toward a more connected, empowered way of being.
I offer integrative therapy, drawing on relational psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential approaches. These frameworks are centred around understanding your unique experience and adapting our work to meet your needs. I also incorporate attachment theory to explore how early relationships may continue to influence your current connections and emotional world.
