I have availability for daytime sessions online, weekdays only, at £55.00 per session.

I have in-person sessions also available, indoors (£70 per session) or walk and talk (£65 per session) , in central and north London. 

About me and my therapy practice

I'm an experienced, qualified and compassionate integrative therapist, which means I combine different types of therapy to focus on your individual needs, hopes and aims.

I can help if you're feeling anxious, depressed, perhaps worried about work or relationships, experiencing low moods, affected by present circumstances or past experiences. You might want to explore your thoughts and emotions, to learn more about yourself, or to find more self-confidence and fulfilment in your life.

Therapy is your space, to explore whatever is on your mind. I'll listen with warmth and without judgement, offering a supportive space to help you get where you want to be.

I offer online and indoor sessions, in comfortable therapy rooms in Camden and in Archway. I also hold walk and talk or nature therapy sessions in central/north London parks. Please see my website (link above) for further details about outdoor sessions.

Practice description

I’ve worked in the charity sector, as well as in private practice, with people experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship difficulties, distressing childhood experiences and loss.

I'm experienced in supporting parents through the perinatal and postnatal periods and have an understanding of the challenges parenthood can bring.

I'm also a qualified ecotherapist and I hold walk and talk sessions outdoors. I offer sessions in-person or online for people worried about climate change and experiencing eco-anxiety. Please contact me for further information.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds. Therapy is a collaborative process and, as each individual is unique, we can adapt sessions to your needs and goals. Please contact me to discuss possibilities.

My first session

In our first session I'll be interested to hear more about you and what you hope to explore, heal or change. We'll also look at a contract together and agree how we'll work.
