About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapist with a medical background, working with adults and young people (16+) who want therapy to be more than a place to talk.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and direct. I work at depth, helping clients understand the emotional and relational patterns shaped by early experiences, attachment, trauma and internal conflicts.
People often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, ashamed, or disconnected from themselves – when insight alone is not enough and they need a place to think, feel, and understand what is happening inside.
My practice integrates psychodynamic depth and person-centred warmth, adapted to what you need. I pay attention to emotional experience, relational dynamics, the body, and the ways we relate to ourselves and to others.
I am comfortable working with a wide range of experiences around sexuality, relationships and intimacy, including consensual non-monogamy, kink and BDSM. You do not need to explain or justify these parts of your life, and they do not need to become a focus of therapy unless they matter to what you want to explore.
Our work is not only about coping, but about developing the capacity to face your internal reality, leading to more honest relationships and choices.
Qualifications:
