Find a space where you can just be, as you are.
No need to perform.
No need to mask.
No need to hide.
In our work together:
What is felt can be seen.
What needs to be processed can be held.
What feels stuck can begin to make sense.
-
I offer a supportive, authentic, and down-to-earth space where there is room to slow things down and be real - with yourself, and with someone willing to meet you there.
About me and my therapy practice
I tend to work best with people who:
- Feel the weight of early experiences or unresolved wounds from childhood.
- Find relationships difficult or confusing.
- Get caught in people-pleasing, overthinking, or never feeling “enough.”
- Struggle to recognise who they are anymore- feeling disconnected from their own voice.
- Feel stuck in loops of self-sabotage.
- Are seeking personal development and deeper self-awareness.
What You Can Expect
With me, you’ll find someone who genuinely cares- someone committed to ongoing reflection, learning, and development as a therapist and as a person.
We’ll work in a way that’s collaborative and human.
Step by step, we’ll process what’s hurting, understand where you get stuck, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
This isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about a real relationship- one where you can be vulnerable, be met in that vulnerability, and be held while you find your ground again.

My first session
The first session is a chance to slow things down, understand what’s bringing you here, and see whether working together feels right.
I’m a BACP Accredited counsellor and have continued to deepen my work with training in trauma-informed and somatic approaches- because I believe therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about involving the whole self.
-
My Approach
I work in a way that’s relational and integrative- meaning I adapt our sessions to fit you, not the other way around. Real change happens through connection: to yourself, your body, and your truth.
That might mean talking things through, slowing down to notice what’s happening in the moment, or exploring how your past still stirs in the present.
I often work with anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and relationship struggles.
My roots are in Gestalt therapy, but I also draw on:
- Person-Centred therapy
- Mindfulness and somatic practices
- CBT for practical tools when they’re useful
- Eastern philosophy, if it resonates with you
There’s no one-size-fits-all. We’ll work in a way that feels safe and right for you- at your pace.
-
Confidentiality
What you share stays between us, unless there’s a serious risk to you or someone else and I’ll always aim to talk that through with you first.
I also take my work to supervision to ensure you receive the best possible support. Your identity remains fully protected.
