About me and my therapy practice
Are you experiencing depression, anxiety or just not feeling yourself? Counselling can ease the depression and unlock any distress you are feeling. My style of counselling can also help you to change any patterns of behaviour that are not working for you and improve your relationships with friends, colleagues, partners or family members. I have over 25 years experience in the social and charity sector. I am DBS checked and a member of the BACP. I hope I would put you at ease if we worked together.
I will help you develop a stronger sense of self and leave the past in the past. I can especially help if you have experienced a loss or a change recently. I have worked with clients with ADHD and Autism, those who have experienced an abusive partner and older people adjusting to new chapters in their life.
