About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered member of the BACP and have been practising for eight years. I work with adults, couples and children, meeting each person with curiosity, care and a deep respect for their inner world.
Alongside my private practice, I work within a charitable organisation and support supervisees and trainees in education.
I describe myself as a creative therapist, though not exclusively so, as exploring visual imagery through creative activities can open gentle, unexpected pathways into understanding. Creative media can help people express difficult emotions, process trauma, and make sense of experiences that feel tangled or overwhelming. Even simple doodling can soften the intensity of a session and offer a different way of staying present.
I am trained as an integrative therapist but draw on psychodynamic ways of exploring the self: the hidden underworld we all carry, the places that are not always clear, and the stories that speak in images or sensations long before they settle into words.
I offer a flexible, client‑centred approach shaped around each individual’s therapeutic needs. This work requires care and alignment, and my practice is grounded in sensitivity, gentleness and the highest standards of confidentiality.
Practice description
Compassion lies at the heart of my practice, whether I’m exploring parts of the self that feel in conflict and create confusion or anxiety, or sitting with tensions within a relationship where each person sees the problem differently. As both a therapist and an artist, I work intuitively and perceptively, allowing the therapeutic process to unfold while staying attuned to how feelings show themselves, in movement, expression, or the visual qualities of what a client creates. These subtle responses can deepen awareness and gently reveal the places where the real self and the false self pull against one another. I meet all of this with care and fairness, keeping the focus on balance, within you, between you and others, and within the therapeutic relationship we build together.
I am familiar with the neurodiverse realms of life, and this shapes the attunement I bring to my work. I understand how internal chaos can feel, the overwhelm, the fragmentation, the sudden shifts in clarity. I meet your differences with steadiness and compassion, creating a space where complexity is honoured rather than feared, and where nothing inside you is “too much” or “too messy” to explore.
Life moves us through many transitions: shifting identities, changing relationships, unexpected losses, new beginnings. These moments can loosen our footing and leave us unsure of who we are or where we are heading. Uncertainty gathers quietly until we find ourselves stumbling or disconnected from our own centre.
Therapy offers a place to pause, to lay down what has become jumbled or distorted, and to be met with kindness, care and understanding. Together, we can explore what feels heavy or confusing, trace the threads of your experience, and help you reconnect with clarity, and a deeper sense of self, including the tender, soulful parts that may have been overlooked or silenced.
My first session
I offer a free 30‑minute consultation to help us determine whether working together feels like a good fit. Following this, I provide weekly sessions, 50 minutes for individuals and 60 minutes for couples. If it becomes clear that another service may be better suited to your needs, I am always happy to offer appropriate signposting.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Level 7 NCIS supervisor, offering a supervisory space shaped by curiosity, imagination and deep relational attention. Supervision with me is not only a place to think about your work, it is a place to feel into it, to sense its shape, its echoes, its unspoken stories.
My practice is grounded in the Hawkins & Shohet Seven‑Eyed Model, a framework that invites us to look at client work from many angles: the relational, the systemic, the intuitive, the unseen. It allows supervision to become a wide, reflective landscape where insight can arrive quietly or suddenly. I bring all aspects of myself to this work, the supervisor, the artist and the therapist.
Practice description
As a creative supervisor, I draw inspiration from Mooli Lahad’s right‑hand thinking, the imaginative, metaphor‑rich ways of exploring practice that move beyond the linear and into the symbolic. These creative pathways often reveal what the rational mind has not yet named. I trained as a integrative counsellor and I support the CPCAB syllabus within education.
Your creativity, tentative or bold, structured or spontaneous is welcome here. Together we can explore client material through story, symbol, gesture or image, allowing new meanings to surface and new understandings to take shape.
This space also holds a steady, relational depth where we attend closely to transference and countertransference, in the therapy room and within the supervisory relationship itself. These subtle currents often carry the most valuable information, guiding us toward what is emerging beneath the surface of the work.
Supervision with me is collaborative, reflective and gently expansive. It is a place where your practice can stretch, settle, deepen and be held with care, a place where imagination, humour and clinical wisdom meet
