About me and my therapy practice

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether trying to work through difficult past or present experiences or feeling that something is holding us back from living the life we want, we don’t always know how to overcome these issues on our own.

I can help by offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore difficulties or challenges you may be facing, at your own pace. Together, we will work toward gaining new perspectives and insights, a greater sense of self and a deeper meaning to your life to help you move forward. I will walk with you step by step throughout our sessions and can offer tools and exercises that help you progress outside of our sessions.

I am a trauma informed counsellor and draw from several counselling approaches to meet your unique needs on your journey of healing.

Practice description

In my practice, I have experience with abuse, anxiety, low self-esteem/perfectionism, and relationships/family issues (including co-dependency). I specialise in working with addictive behaviours, eating disorders and traumatic life events.

I also understand the pressures you may be facing at work and at home as well as the barriers to change, having worked as a corporate professional in the City for many years. Counselling can help manage conflicts along with improving communication, reducing stress, and building up resilience.

Working online or face-to-face, we will meet either fortnightly or weekly for as long as it is helpful for you.
