About me and my therapy practice
I work with a powerful, holistic modality called Transformational Self-Love Therapy™ (TSLT). This is a trauma-aware, embodiment-based approach that supports deep healing by restoring the felt experience of love, safety and self-connection from the inside out — not just coping with symptoms. Rather than analysing the past or reliving old stories, TSLT guides you into compassionate, present-moment contact with yourself, allowing real and lasting change to occur at the level where it first became disrupted.
This integrative method draws on meditation, breathwork, gentle somatic practices, Family Constellation insights, ho‘oponopono principles and more, to help you:
Reconnect with your authentic self and inner wisdom
Regulate your nervous system gently and effectively
Heal core wounds with presence rather than force
Release trapped trauma without re-traumatisation
Reclaim your sense of safety, agency and self-worth
Clients often describe TSLT sessions as deeply grounding and transformative — as if they are meeting themselves for the first time. Many begin to feel noticeable shifts in their sense of inner peace, clarity and self-connection within just a few sessions. In my experience, most people start seeing real, tangible results after 3–7 sessions, with the process continuing to unfold profoundly over time.
This work is gentle yet powerful, and is especially helpful for anyone who feels stuck despite having “done the work” elsewhere, is highly sensitive or empathetic, or wishes to heal the root causes of disconnection rather than simply managing symptoms.
Practice description
Many of us carry unresolved emotions from earlier life experiences — often from childhood — such as grief, anger, fear, shame or insecurity. Even when we are not consciously aware of them, these buried feelings can shape our behaviours, relationships and sense of self. They may show up as repeating patterns, emotional triggers, physical tension, or a feeling of being stuck.
In our sessions, we gently bring awareness to what is ready to be seen and transformed.
We begin by setting a clear intention for what you would like support with. From there, I guide you into a simple, grounding breathing meditation that helps you shift out of the thinking mind and into the body, where deeper insight and healing can occur.
As you connect inwardly, we explore what arises in the present moment. We then enter into a compassionate dialogue with the parts of you that are asking to be felt or heard. Rather than analysing or forcing change, we create a safe space for these aspects to be acknowledged, understood and integrated. This often leads to natural shifts in perspective, emotional release and a greater sense of clarity and calm.
Each session is led by what you are ready for. It can feel deeply restorative and nurturing, or it may involve a powerful emotional breakthrough. Whatever unfolds is welcomed and supported.
As inner change happens, you will begin to notice it reflected in your daily life — in your relationships, your decisions and your overall sense of wellbeing.
I look forward to supporting you on this journey of transformation.
My first session
In our first session, we will complete an initial assessment together. This gives us the opportunity to explore your background, the challenges you are currently facing, and any significant life events that may have shaped your experiences. Most importantly, we will discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and your goals for our work together. This process helps me understand how I can best support you and ensures that our sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
