About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever may be troubling you, including anxiety, trauma, life challenges, and the emotional impact of living with chronic pain.
My integrative approach allows me to tailor counselling to each individual’s needs, providing a safe and confidential environment. I also offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see whether counselling feels right for you. If you are considering counselling but feel unsure about taking the first step, you are very welcome to get in touch.
Practice description
I am committed to providing a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. My approach is flexible and collaborative, ensuring that each person can explore their thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels comfortable.
I have a particular interest in supporting people who have experienced trauma, those living with chronic or long-term pain, and adults experiencing workplace stress or career challenges. My previous experience working for three years with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has given me insight into the pressures people face in both personal and professional life.
I understand that contacting a counsellor for the first time can feel daunting. You are very welcome to get in touch for a free 20-minute telephone consultation, which allows us to have an informal conversation and see whether counselling feels right for you.
Sessions are available face-to-face and by telephone, with concession rates for students and older adults. My aim is always to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable exploring your experiences.
