About me and my therapy practice
Hi there,
I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I provide counselling therapy for individuals and couples, either online (via Zoom) or in person at my Tunbridge Wells practice.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or unsure how to move forward, therapy offers a space to explore what might be going on beneath the surface. Together we can begin to understand the patterns that may be shaping your emotions, relationships or sense of self, and explore how these patterns may have developed over time. From there, we can begin to find a way forward that feels more manageable and meaningful.
I work as an integrative counsellor, meaning that I have been trained in a number of therapeutic approaches and will combine these in a way that best supports each clients individual needs. This approach recognises that every person’s experiences are unique and require their own individualised way of working.
Practice description
Alongside my private practice, I have gained experience working with adults across a range of settings, including educational environments and within the charitable and voluntary sector. This has included offering both short- and long-term therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of life challenges and emotional difficulties.
I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling (BACP accredited) and have undertaken advanced training in Couples Therapy with Juliet Grayson.
I am an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Accreditation recognises experienced therapists who have demonstrated a high standard of training, supervised clinical practice and commitment to ethical and professional standards. I hold an enhanced DBS check and full professional insurance.
Alongside my core training, I continue to engage in ongoing professional development. Additional areas of training include:
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Trauma-informed practice, including training with Carolyn Spring
• Grief and loss support with Cruse
• Addiction and recovery work, including substance misuse and relapse prevention
• Life Span Integration
• Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
My first session
To begin, you’re welcome to get in touch by email to arrange a brief initial telephone conversation. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi there,
I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I provide counselling for individuals and couples, either online via Zoom or in person at my Tunbridge Wells practice. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt the work to best suit each client’s needs.
When working with couples, this may include exploring communication difficulties, recurring conflict, or feelings of distance in the relationship, and helping you better understand the patterns that may be shaping your connection.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you explore the patterns and underlying causes that may be affecting your emotions, behaviour, or relationships, and support you in finding a path forward with greater confidence and ease.
