About me and my therapy practice
Hello,
I’m Patricia, Brazilian and psychotherapist currently based in England, offering sessions in both Portuguese and English.
I completed both my undergraduate (2009-2015) and Master’s degrees (2016-2018) in Psychology in Brazil and work from a Jungian and psychodynamic perspective.
Therapy is a space to speak freely, reflect, and explore. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, the work aims to create conditions for insight and inner movement to emerge.
Practice description
My studies are focused on the clinical field within in-depth Jungian approaches. In the clinical area, I have undertaken courses focused on depression, expressive work through art, parenting, schooling and de-schooling, cultural studies and subjectivity, as well as gender and subjectivities. I have also engaged in studies related to feminism, abusive relationships, and trauma.

Each psychotherapy session lasts 50 minutes and takes place at a regular weekly time, preferably.
