About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Patricia, a Brazilian psychotherapist currently based in England, offering sessions in both Portuguese and English. I completed both my undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Psychology in Brazil. My practice is grounded in the Jungian approach, with a psychodynamic emphasis that invites a process of self-discovery, deeper awareness, and personal growth.
I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, parenting, family dynamics, life-long trauma, as well as matters related to immigration and navigating to different cultural contexts.
Practice description
We can meet once or twice a week, according to what suits you best.
If you prefer to have your sessions in person, please let me know, and I’ll check availability.
My first session
Each psychotherapy session is for 45 minutes at the same weekly time, preferably.
