About me and my therapy practice

About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor with a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgemental approach to therapy. I offer both in-person and online sessions, and my work is focused on creating a safe space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours at your own pace.

Neurodivergence

In addition to my professional training, I have personal and professional experience working with neurodivergent individuals. This has given me valuable insight into the unique challenges that neurodivergent people face, as well as the strengths they bring to therapy. I strive to be inclusive and supportive, adapting my approach to best meet the needs of clients with a range of neurodivergent traits, whether it's related to autism, ADHD, or other neurodivergent conditions.

Collaborative

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, where we work together to understand the root causes of your concerns, and develop practical strategies to help you manage and navigate life more effectively. Whether you're experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship difficulties, I am here to provide support tailored to your individual needs.
