With impartial help and support, to express yourself and review your beliefs and decisions, you will be able to clarify your thoughts and feelings. It can then become easier to make sense of what is happening. Change and choice can be challenging and deciding to enter into counselling can be one of the most difficult steps we ever take and I am aware it can be hard to look for the right help at the right time, to find the counsellor that is the best 'fit' for you. My training to degree level, is in Humanistic integrative counselling which means I can use several different counselling approaches and theories. This makes it easier to be flexible, to work at a pace that suits you and to find the unique path that feels right for you and able to understand how past experience impacting your present time, and will enhanced your understanding and build a positive relationship with self and others, identifying the root causing of your anxiety and enable to reduce its power by reconnecting your mind with your thoughts, feelings, physical response to those feelings so you can become a more wholesome you that you can live your life with it rather than be governed by- all these approaches only would be introduced in appropriate time following your pace to maintain ethics and safe space.

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear. Everyone has experienced a feeling of anxiety at some point because it's a natural human response when we feel that we are under threat. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring to the session my understanding and professional knowledge about neurodiversity, what is like for you? How you could gain control over thoughts and emotions and move forward.

As a counsellor I believe in working with the whole person both past, present and future to help identify your emotional needs. I work from a humanistic core, which means that I keep you at the centre of our work.

However, I do not believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all process, my a qualification allowing me following your pace and build therapy around your need a flexible way because I am a passionate person who believes we all have the right to be seen, heard and understood as unique individuals, excepted for what we are, I believe every person has inner potential to reach and be whatever they feel is right for them, at their own pace. To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else.

As a counsellor I am going walk alongside you during the difficult times providing a safe space for you to explore these things because- The mind is like a water when it’s turbulent, it’s difficult to see, when it’s calm everything become clear.

I do believe: “There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” ― John Green

Practice description

Therapy sessions is provided Remotely via zoom

Therapy might help to talk freely and confidentially with someone whose life and relationships are separate from yours. With impartial help and support, to express yourself and review your beliefs and decisions, you will be able to clarify your thoughts and feelings. It can then become easier to make sense of what is happening. I offer a warm, non-judgemental and empathetic space to support you on your journey of deeper understanding, with compassion for whatever has brought you here.

It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations and affect our lives on a daily basis.

My first session

My support begins from the moment you send an enquiry, I understand how might be difficult for you to do that first step to contact therapist, so I always try my best to reply straight away back, I will send you email and text, but I will not phone as I am not sure what is your personal situation to maintain confidentiality. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t heard back from me.

Choosing a counsellor that you feel at ease with -is a really important part of the therapy process. If you have read this far and are wondering if we may be a good ‘fit’ to work together, I would be delighted to offer an informal 15-minute zoom call.
