Hello, I'm Elena, a UK-qualified integrative counsellor based in Portsmouth, working online with clients across the UK, including London.
I specialise in supporting adults living with the lasting impact of trauma, late-diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with have spent years masking how they feel, questioning themselves, or believing they simply aren't good enough.
It's okay not to know where to start — that's part of what the first session is for. Sessions are held over Zoom or Teams, giving you a private, flexible space to talk

My training in Humanistic integrative counselling by introducing some approaches would help you:
*Understand how past experience impacting your present time and why you struggling to move forward.
*Enhance your understanding and build a positive relationship with self and others.
*Identifying the root causing of your anxiety/guilt to enable reducing the power.
*Reconnect your mind with your thoughts, feelings and your physical response to those feelings.
* Enable you to become a more wholesome that you can live your life with it rather than be governed by.
all these approaches only would be introduced in appropriate time following your pace to maintain ethics and safe space.

I understand how might be difficult for you to do that first step to contact therapist.
*My support begins from the moment you send an enquiry.
* I always try my best to reply straight away back.
* I will send you email and text, but I will not phone as I am not sure what is your personal situation to maintain confidentiality.

On first Assessment/ Introductory session:
*First session 50 mins-£30.00 where you could see if it’s for you without any obligation.
* Thereafter 50 mins-£60.00
For Trainee counsellors I am offering £50 per 50 minutes session
