About me and my therapy practice
You might be holding things together on the outside, but inside it feels different.
Maybe you’re dealing with grief, anxiety, or a sense of being overwhelmed — or perhaps things have just quietly become harder to manage.
I offer counselling in Clacton-on-Sea and online across the UK, providing a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel understood.
About Me & My Therapy Practice
Hello, I’m Vince.
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I offer face-to-face sessions in Clacton-on-Sea, as well as online and telephone counselling across the UK.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own. My aim is to offer a space where you feel comfortable enough to talk at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.
How I Can Help
People often come to me when they are:
- Struggling with bereavement or loss
- Feeling anxious, low, or emotionally overwhelmed
- Dealing with relationship difficulties
- Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward
- Coping with stress, trauma, or a build-up of emotions
You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We can take things one step at a time.
Practice description
My Approach
My approach is warm, steady, and down-to-earth.
I won’t analyse you or tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll work alongside you — helping you make sense of what’s going on and supporting you to find your own way forward.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. Feeling heard, understood, and accepted can make a real difference.
Face-to-Face Counselling in Clacton
I offer in-person counselling in Clacton-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
Having a dedicated, private space away from everyday life can help you focus, reflect, and talk more freely.
