About Me

I’m a BACP-accredited counsellor offering a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, overthinking, grief, and life transitions.

I take a client-centred, trauma-informed approach, tailoring sessions to your individual needs. Together, we can identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and find practical ways to manage stress, emotions, and life changes.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

Therapeutic Space provides one-to-one counselling in Clacton-on-Sea and online therapy across the UK &Europe for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, or life transitions. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

My approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, focusing on practical coping strategies, emotional understanding, and personal growth.

Sessions typically last 50-minutes and are tailored to your needs, allowing time to explore challenges, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward personal growth.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve attended before, sessions are tailored to your needs to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Flexible appointment times are available throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, making therapy accessible around your work, family, and lifestyle commitments.

I also offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation to help you decide whether counselling is right for you.
