About me and my therapy practice

Counselling for Adults, Children & Young People (aged 11 and above)

Life often presents challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. This could be from the weight of anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, friendship issues, exam stress, relationship challenges with family and friends, and bereavement. In such moments, it's not uncommon to feel adrift, questioning our purpose and direction.

I provide counselling services for individuals aged 11 and above, on a short or long-term basis.

I can support you with the challenges you are facing through face-to-face counselling sessions from my practice in the village of Ash on the Surrey-Hampshire border, or we can work together online from anywhere in the UK.

I specialise in helping individuals navigate these storms, offering a path towards a better understanding of themselves, their feelings, and their unique struggles.

LOCATION

My practice is set in the heart of Ash Village, located on the Surrey/Hampshire border close to Aldershot, Farnham, Camberley and Guildford.

My counselling room is easily accessible by car and on a main bus route with links to Aldershot and Camberley and is located around a 10 minute walk from the Ash train station, which has direct services from Guildford and Farnham.

Practice description

I prioritise trust and collaboration in all my therapeutic relationships, whether you're a young person or an adult.

Together we can explore the challenges you are facing in depth, so you can become more self-aware and work on ways to manage your emotions more positively.

My approach involves working together, valuing your input, and recognising that the most significant changes often occur outside our counselling sessions. I provide you with the tools and insights necessary to navigate life's challenges, fostering lasting personal growth and well-being.

My first session

I offer a short initial introductory call which I do not charge for. This will give us both an opportunity to discuss your expectations of counselling support you are seeking.

During our initial sessions, we'll have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for our counselling journey. These first meetings are designed to foster a sense of connection and understanding between us, ensuring that we are both comfortable and confident in our decision to work together.

The fee for an one hour session is £55.00
