About me and my therapy practice

Perhaps life feels overwhelming for you at the moment?

Maybe you are struggling to cope or engage with life in the way that you would like to?

Everyone's difficulties are unique to them, as your counsellor I am here to connect with your own path and support you in the journey this path has and is taking you. Together we can build the road ahead.

Whatever you feel you want to bring to our sessions, as your counsellor I will provide a safe and confidential place where you can express yourself freely and attain a deeper understanding into yourself and your difficulties. We will work entirely at your pace and with what you want to bring.

Having overcome difficult childhood experiences and supported loved ones through many severe mental health difficulties enables me to bring an extra level of warmth, empathy and understanding to our sessions.
