About me and my therapy practice

I offer a space where you can speak openly and begin to understand yourself more clearly, at a pace that feels right for you.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about the direction of their life. You may be questioning your work, relationships, or sense of identity, or feel caught between what you want and what you feel you should be doing.

In our work together, we take time to explore what is going on beneath the surface. This may include patterns that keep repeating, how you relate to others, and how past experiences may still be shaping your present. As this becomes clearer, there is often more space to understand what you need and begin making decisions that feel more grounded and right for you.

There is also space to explore what you want your life to look like, including your priorities, values, and sense of direction.

Alongside talking therapy, I may incorporate approaches such as writing, mindfulness, or other creative methods to help access and express what can be difficult to put into words.

Practice description

I offer online sessions across the UK.

Sessions are 60 minutes. The frequency is something we can agree together, based on what feels helpful and manageable for you.

I aim to provide a calm, consistent space where you feel able to speak openly, without judgement or pressure.

Some clients come with a clear idea of what they want to work on, while others are less sure and simply know that something does not feel right. Both are welcome. We can take time to understand what is going on and find a way of working that feels comfortable for you.

Everything we discuss is confidential, within standard professional guidelines. My approach is grounded in building a safe and trusting relationship, where you feel supported to explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute phone or online consultation. This gives us a chance to talk through what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

If you decide to go ahead, the first full session is an opportunity for us to begin exploring your situation in more depth. You do not need to prepare anything in advance or have a clear plan. We can start wherever feels most comfortable for you.

Some people come with specific concerns, while others are unsure how to put things into words. We can take this at your pace. The first session also gives you a sense of how I work and what it might feel like to continue.
