About me and my therapy practice
I am an empathic and experienced counsellor and have worked alongside clients from a wide range of backgrounds, with a variety of concerns and difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relationship challenges, and work-related issues.
I recognize the courage it takes to seek help, whether prompted by recent events or a lingering discomfort you may have endured over many years.
Everyone’s experience is unique and I aim to work together with you to explore and reflect on what is happening or has happened, in your life, moving towards a possibility for change.
I offer weekly sessions in a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space, where you can feel safe to express your thoughts and feelings. I also offer on line sessions.
My background training is in psychodynamic counselling.
Practice description
I adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics as a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

I also tutor trainee counsellors on a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling programme.

It takes courage to seek help and everyone’s experience is unique.
I aim to work together with you to explore and reflect on what is happening or has happened, in your life, moving towards a possibility for change.
