About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centred psychotherapist qualified to work with children, adolescents and adults . I work to enable each person's unique way of being in the world. This means that I work to understand and support your unique experience and potential.
I work on a short, medium and long term basis. Although longer term work allows for deeper levels of engagement which can support sustained growth and change, I believe the seeds of healing can be sown in a few short sessions. The therapeutic journey is shaped around your needs.

I work in person in Abingdon.

We are drawn to therapy for different, very personal reasons. We may feel overwhelmed or struggle to come to terms with heartbreaking loss, relational difficulties or personal challenges. Therapy can support us in our journey to come to terms with life's challenges, to heal emotional wounds or shift otherwise resistant patterns in our relationships or in our behaviours.
