About me and my therapy practice

I work in a person-centred way, which means our sessions focus on what matters most to you. I believe that when you feel listened to and understood, it becomes easier to make sense of things and find your own way forward.

I offer counselling remotely, so you can join sessions from a place that feels comfortable for you. I aim to create a relaxed, confidential space where you can talk openly, at your own pace, and be yourself without fear of judgement.

I won’t tell you what to do or try to fix things. Instead, I’m here to listen, support, and gently walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts and feelings.

I work in line with BACP ethical guidelines, hold a current DBS check, am ICO registered, and take your confidentiality and privacy seriously.

Practice description

You can expect encouragement, not pressure, and a space where you can be yourself. Sessions are guided by you, and I walk alongside you, offering support, reflection, and understanding.

Whether you’re looking to make sense of things, feel heard, or explore life’s challenges, our work together is about creating a safe, accepting, and confidential space where you can feel supported and less alone.

My first session

Your first session usually starts with a friendly, informal assessment. It’s a chance to talk about what’s brought you to counselling, ask questions, and explore how I can best support you. Everything is confidential, with no pressure—just a space to feel comfortable and heard.
