About me and my therapy practice
I provide short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy. I work with issues including anxiety, stress, depression, well-being concerns, unhappiness, feeling low, abuse, adoption. We work together with your own resources and resilience tailored to your own needs. I work face to face in Horsham and am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), UKATA and the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).
Practice description
I am an Integrative Therapist offering counselling and psychotherapy to people who may need support through a difficult situation or time in their life, or may want to investigate current issues or feelings related to experiences in the past. I hold a Diploma in TA Practice and draw on different modalities.
I believe that we can work together to help recover motivation, perspective and joy that you might want to have in your life again. I work to the BACP Code of Ethics, have regular Supervision with a trained Clinical Supervisor and attend a monthly professional development group. I am fully insured and hold an Enhanced DBS.
